Hunter Holt
Hunter is a doctoral candidate in Social Foundations of Education working under Dr. Derrick Alridge. His dissertation examines the history of development, schools, and wealth in Williamson County, Tennessee. Before moving to Virginia, he worked as the Program Coordinator for the Mississippi Teacher Corps and taught high school science in West Point, Mississippi. He is a research assistant for Teachers in the Movement and the Center for Race and Public Education in the South. He holds an MA in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Mississippi and a BA in English from the University of Alabama.
