Traci Dula

Dr. Traci L.M. Dula joins the team as a consultant from the University of Maryland where she is the associate director of the Honors College for administration and operations. 

She received her M.Ed. from the University of Vermont in higher education and student affairs. Dr. Dula has been with the Honors College for over twenty-five years, responsible for academic policy, research grants, prizes and awards. Dr. Dula’s research interest is the history of higher education including race, equity and access; the history of HBCUs (historically Black Colleges and Universities); collegiate honors education; and the contemporary experiences of underrepresented collegians in honors programs within U.S. higher education institutions.
