In this interview, Dr. Owen Cardwell of Lynchburg, Virginia discusses his historic act of desegregating the all white E.C. Glass High School in Lynchburg. Prior to desegregating Glass, Cardwell attended the all-black Dunbar High School in Lynchburg.
